Yes, all jobs are returned to the customer in the exact same condition as they are brought in. Often tapes that the customer bring in are either cleaned or repaired to enable a perfect transfer. In some cases, they are returned in better condition than when brought in.

We have a very quick turnaround time of around 5-7 days for smaller jobs and 10-14 days for jobs that are more involved. More time may be required for certain jobs during peak periods. If a job is required urgently we ask that you please let us know at the earliest possible date.

Most Definitely! We can put your renewed memories onto a USB thumb drive as well as an External hard drive.

We charge per tape as you can often fit more than one tape onto a DVD or USB. We do not charge you for any tapes that are Blank or have anything that you do not want to transfer, such as TV shows.

Yes! Most broken tapes can be easily repaired before transferring.

The quality will depend on your original Film, Video, DVD, etc. In most cases all video formats will come out in exactly the same quality as the original. We always assess and check transfers multiple times to ensure the best possible quality.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount for over 10 tapes and often offer a 20-25% discount for very large jobs.

Definitely! We are constantly editing videos of customer’s holidays or weddings etc. and taking out the bad footage to make you look like a natural cameraman.

We have a range of well-known trusted USB brands to transfer your files onto, otherwise you are welcome to supply your own.

If your analog memories are unlabeled and unorganized you're by no means on your own. Most people fall into this category. No worries though - once Shutterlogix has digitized your memories you can easily go through them and rename the files to something meaningful to you. Bottom line, in most cases you don't need to look at, organize nor label your media ahead of time. Just ship them as they are.
